Fado is an Irish pub but served as merry ole England when “Captain America: Civil War” set up shop there this week.
The popular Buckhead Atlanta spot was the perfect location for a scene reportedly involving Paul Rudd, Jeremy Renner, Emily VanCamp and Chris Evans.
Evans, by the way, was spotted along with co-star Scarlett Johansson enjoying dinner with a group of friends on Friday at STK Atlanta.
According to our well-placed source, "Chris was spotted wearing a white button-down shirt and jeans, and Scarlett was looking flawless and casual in a white tank top and a jean skirt. The group noshed on offerings from executive chef Mark Alba's new spring menu including — seared foie gras, king crab, lobster tails, seared Maine scallops, filet, roasted chicken breast and more."
On Saturday, another source spotted him toning his “monster” physique at an upscale, private gym in Atlanta.
The movie, headquartered at the Pinewood Studios facility in Fayetteville, moved downtown after wrapping things up in Buckhead. It’ll be filming through about mid-July.
Another casting call for Tom Cruise movie
Tom Cruise's new movie, "Mena," also is at work now through about mid-July. It'll film largely north of Atlanta, in the Ball Ground area in Cherokee County. Casting folks plan another open call for extras from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Courtyard Atlanta Airport West, 3400 Creek Pointe Drive, East Point, in the Creek View Room. They need the following looks: people to portray South American citizens, military and government types, minors ages 1 to 17, people with cars dating from 1975 to 1985 in great condition and women who could play models, ages 18 to 30. Important: You must bring all documents necessary to complete an I-9 employment eligibility form. See full details at uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-9.pdf.
