“Boyhood,” “Birdman,” “The Grand Budapest Hotel,” “The Imitation Game” and “The Theory of Everything” earned top movie honors as the nominees for performance by a cast in a motion picture on Wednesday morning for the 21st Screen Actors Guild Awards.

The television nominations for ensemble performance included “Boardwalk Empire,” “Downton Abbey,” “Game of Thrones,” “Homeland” and “House of Cards” for drama series. The comedy series nominations went to “The Big Bang Theory,” “Modern Family,” “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” “Orange Is the New Black” and “Veep.”

The SAG Awards will air live Jan. 25 at 5 p.m. PST on TBS and TNT from the Shrine Exposition Hall in Los Angeles. Debbie Reynolds will be honored during the ceremony with a life achievement award.
