Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck end 10-year marriage in divorce

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have announced their divorce in a statement to TMZ:

“After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time.”

Speculation over their marriage has gone on for months. It was stoked recently by the appearance of a moving van at their family home in the Brentwood neighborhood.

Garner and Affleck have three kids together: Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3.
