Happy birthday, Evander Holyfield!
One of the best boxers of all time was born on this day in 1962.
That makes Evander Holyfield 53 years old.
Believe it or not, he was raised by his mother's ex-husband, who bestowed him with the last name Holyfield.
He grew up wanting to play for the Falcons, but his path put him on the U.S. Olympic boxing team when he graduated high school, according to his website.
There are plenty of other highlights to his name too.
Just today, the Falcons wished him a happy birthday on Twitter.
The Fight of the Decade in 1980 and the 1990 fight against Mike Tyson, in which he emerged as the undisputed world heavyweight champion, must be mentioned along with the other accolades as well.
And of course, the fight against Mitt Romney for charity last year was good, too.
