Truffles Cafe will replace the Ruby Tuesday restaurant on Lenox Road in Buckhead when a renovation project is complete. Maryville, Tenn.-based Ruby Tuesday is a licensee for Truffles, allowing it to own and operate the Buckhead restaurant.

Truffles is based in Hilton Head Island, S.C., and currently has three locations. The Lenox Road restaurant, across the street from Lenox Square, is under construction after Ruby Tuesday closed on Aug. 22. A Ruby Tuesday spokeswoman said the company does not have an exact opening date for the new concept.
