Rising Atlanta hip-hop star Rich Homie Quan is in the hospital this morning after suffering two seizures and hitting his head on the concrete Tuesday.

TMZ is reporting that the rapper, whose real name is Dequantes Lamar, was shooting a music video at Piedmont Park for "Walk Thru," off of his his "I Promise I Will Never Stop Going In" mixtape.

He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he is listed in good condition, according to TMZ.

Quan launched his recording career in 2012 with the mixtape “I Go In On Every Song,” and cracked the Billboard U.S. Top 50 last year with the single “Type of Way.”

He was recently featured on the cover of hip-hop magazine XXL's 2014 Freshman Class issue. B.o.B, Kendrick Lamar, Wiz Khalifa and Macklemore have graced previous Freshman Class covers.
