Michael Turner and the mother of his children has reached an agreement in the custody dispute surrounding their second son, TMZ reports.

In addition to agreeing to pay Rasheeda Walker $6,000 a month, Turner will get to see his son frequently during the off-season, from from January to August, and on his bye weeks during the season, TMZ said.

The most unusual aspect of the agreement, the website reported, citing court documents, is an agreement between Turner and Walker that "it is not in the best interest of either of the children to appear on any reality television show or program, absent mutual consent."
