Hot on the heels of "Mary Poppins Returns" trailer release, Marvel has released its own flying superstar's trailer: "Captain Marvel."

Brie Larson stars as the latest hero introduced into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. And we’re finally getting a look at Captain Marvel, whose appearance was teased at the end credits scene of “Avengers: Infinity War.”

Larson's Carol Danvers starts out as an Air Force pilot who gains her powers when she gets alien DNA, according to Entertainment Weekly.

After being sent to an extraterrestrial world, Carol is part of the Starforce and fights in the Kree-Skrull War. But for some reasons she remembers her time on Earth and her stint in the Air Force, Entertainment Weekly reported.

Larson is joined by Samuel L. Jackson and Clark Gregg, both of whom have been age regressed, Jude Law as the leader of Starforce and Ben  Mendelsohn as Talos, a Skrull super villain, USA Today reported.

Lee Pace also reprises his role as Ronan the Accuser from “Guardians of the Galaxy.”

In addition to the trailer, Marvel also released the poster for the long-awaited film, that includes the tagline “Higher, Further, Faster.”
