‘Supermarket Superstar’
Atlanta chef Tracey Bloom recently competed on Lifetime’s “Supermarket Superstar.” This new series, which premiered in July, gives food entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch products for a chance to have them stocked nationally in a major supermarket. Bloom pitched a snack box containing gluten-free artisan crackers, sous vide herb chicken, curried roasted chick peas, and chocolate-dipped apricots with sunflower and pumpkin seeds. It will soon be for sale on her website, www.freecuisine.com.
