Paul Walker, the actor perhaps best known for playing Brian O'Conner in the "Fast & Furious" action film franchise would have been 43 on Monday.
Walker was born Sept.12, 1973 and died at 40 years old in a car crash in 2013.
Celebrities, media outlets and fans paid tribute to the actor Monday, including his "Fast s& Furious" co-stars Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Ludacris and Tyrese, as well as Charlie Puth, who sang on "See You Again," a song dedicated to Walker in "Furious 7."
Walker's brother, Cody, who stood in for the actror's remaining scenes in "Fast 7" after his death also celebrated his brother on Twitter.
Walker's own team celebrated the actor by tweeting a video that reflects on the mission and work of his humanitarian and environmental organization, The Paul Walker Foundation.
The foundation was created out of Walker's passion for the ocean and his tendency to do good for others, which is also the motto of the organization.
Walker's daugter, Meadow, launched the organziation last year on her father's birthday.
