Atlanta-based WorkOasis, a cloud-based software technology company, will be acquired by Verisae, the Minneapolis-based software company said Monday. Financial terms were not disclosed.

WorkOasis’ software allows retailers, food service and other companies to automate their work order management process. Verisae’s cloud-based software solutions help large retailers focused in grocery, food service, and specialty retail manage their maintenance, energy, and sustainability programs.

“Verisae represents a partner with the resources and expertise to help guide our employees and our customers in our next phase of growth,” WorkOasis President and CEO Bob Dickhaus said in a statement announcing the deal.
