Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Turner Broadcasting and WellStar Health System made Working Mother magazine's list of 100 best companies to work for.

The companies were judged on answers to 650 questions, and flexibility in work schedules, leave policies, health support, child care and chances to advance were all key elements in making the top-100 list.

"The reason flexibility is so important to working moms is that they want to do their best at home and in the office. Flexible work arrangements allow moms both," said Working Mother Editorial Director Jennifer Owens.

The companies on the list were cited for creative solutions to modern problems, such as having to make time or be at home for both children and elderly parents, allowing two colleagues to job share so they can spend more time at home, and the ability to phase back into a company without penalty when home duties ease.
