UPS Store announced it is adding 3D printing services to nearly 100 more locations, after a successful pilot program that started last year.
UPS Store, a subsidiary of Sandy Springs-based UPS, started offering the 3D printing last year at six of its 4,300 locations. The company says small businesses, startups, inventors, artists and others use the 3D print services to produce prototypes, parts or other objects made of layers of plastic.
The company has Stratasys uPrint SE Plus printers at the selected locations, including the UPS Store at 3522 Ashford Dunwoody Road in Atlanta.
