Two Alliance Center signs new tenant
Turner Construction Co. has signed a 10-year, 30,000-square-foot lease to occupy two floors at Atlanta’s Two Alliance Center.
The 30-story, 500,000-square-foot building is one of four new office towers opening in Buckhead.
Turner is Two Alliance's second tenant. The first, Marsh & McLennan, signed a 125,000-square-foot lease in the fall.
