The National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) has released the results of a new survey outlining the top 200 companies millennials want to work for, and 10 Georgia companies made the cut.
Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is the state’s highest ranking company, placing at No. 11, and other Georgia companies on the list include:
- Delta Air Lines Inc. - No. 36
- Coca-Cola North America - No. 51
- Mercedes Benz USA Inc. - No. 56
- WellStar Health System Inc. - No. 57
- Aflac Inc. - No. 110
- The Home Depot Inc. - No. 111
- United Parcel Service Inc. - No. 113
- Georgia-Pacific LLC - No. 119
- Cox Communications - No. 123
All of the above mentioned companies are based in Atlanta, except WellStar Health System Inc., located in Marietta, and Aflac Inc., located in Columbus.
To determine the rankings, the NSHSS surveyed 13,000 students ages 15 to 32, who considered employer perception, salary and perks, job-specific opportunites and work atmosphere and environment when choosing the employers.
