Starbucks drinkers can now get their coffee fix in one more place: at 35,000 feet on any Delta Air Lines flight.

Delta as of this month is serving Starbucks Pike Place Roast on all of its flights worldwide, replacing Seattle’s Best Coffee.

Atlanta-based Delta did not disclose terms of the deal, but said it costs more to serve Starbucks as its complimentary in-flight coffee instead of Seattle’s Best. The airline said the move is part of its ongoing upgrade of in-flight service.

Delta previously served Starbucks only on transcontinental flights and San Francisco-Los Angeles shuttle flights, but on Feb. 1 expanded Starbucks to its entire route network. The switch is not a change in vendor, however, since Starbucks owns Seattle’s Best.
