Rollins Inc., the Atlanta-based pest control company that owns the Orkin brand, said it is acquiring a Western Australia pest control services provider.

Financial terms of the deal to acquire Perth-based Allpest WA were not disclosed. Rollins said Allpest had 2013 revenue of $25 million.

The acquisition marks Rollins’ first venture Down Under. Rollins said Allpest’s residential, commercial and termite services are expected to expand in the Asia-Pacific region. Last May, the company announced its Orkin unit had established a franchise on the Pacific island of Guam.

“The acquisition of Allpest is a very important milestone for our company and firmly establishes our global presence as a leader in international pest control management,” Chief Executive Officer Gary Rollins said in announcing the deal, which is expected to close next month.

Rollins has been growing internationally, with several announcements last year of new franchises in various countries. In August, Orkin said it had established franchises in Erbil, Iraq, and Trinidad and Tobago. In November, the company announced another Caribbean franchise, in St. Lucia.
