Real estate execs say Atlanta poised for growth

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution sat down recently with the top executives of three real estate companies to gauge the health of the metro real estate market for homebuilding, apartments and office space.

The CEOs interviewed were from PulteGroup, the Michigan homebuilder that is moving its corporate headquarters to Atlanta; apartment powerhouse Post Properties; and office and retail landlord and developer Cousins Properties. They discussed what’s ahead for the region.
