Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta, a 370,000-square-foot complex that opened two years ago at the intersection of I-575 and Ridgewalk Parkway in Woodstock, has launched an expansion.

CBL Associate Properties Inc. and Horizon Group Properties, the joint venture behind the premium outlet mall, said Friday that construction has begun on the 33,000-square-foot expansion, which is scheduled to open before this year’s holiday season.

New stores will include a GAP Outlet and Banana Republic. Those retailers will join 93 others at the outlet mall, which is about 40 minutes northwest of Atlanta. About a third of those retailers as of Friday were looking to hire for part-time, seasonal and full-time positions. Mall management also was looking to hire full and part-time maintenance and housekeeping staff.

The hiring retailers included Ann Taylor Loft, Bose, Chaps, Chicos, Cole Haan, Crocs, Easy Spirit, Fossil, Fox Head, G.H. Bass & Co., Guess, Hartstrings, Isaac Mizrahi NY, Jockey, Jones New York, Kate Spade, Love Culture, Madenform, Motherhood Maternity, New Balance, Oshkosh B’Gosh, Talbots, The Uniform Outlet, Tommy Hilfiger, True Religion, Samsonite, Sketchers, Sunglass Warehouse, Van Heusen, Villa-Italian Kitchen, Vineyard vines, Waterford Wedgewood, White House Black Market and Wilson’s Leather.
