Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta, a 370,000-square-foot complex that opened two years ago at the intersection of I-575 and Ridgewalk Parkway in Woodstock, has launched an expansion.
CBL Associate Properties Inc. and Horizon Group Properties, the joint venture behind the premium outlet mall, said Friday that construction has begun on the 33,000-square-foot expansion, which is scheduled to open before this year’s holiday season.

About a third of those retailers as of Friday were looking to hire for part-time, seasonal and full-time positions.
