Oaks of Stonecrest in Lithonia sold

May 20, 2013Oaks at Stonecrest, a 280-unit apartment complex in Lithonia, has been sold to a California real estate investment company.
Variant Commercial Real Estate, the buyer, did not disclose terms of the deal and the seller was not immediately identified.
Variant plans to make minor exterior changes at the complex, which is on Evans Mill Road. It has also hired new property management.
