A development firm has proposed a massive project in south Gwinnett County that would include more than 750 residences, a grocery store and other retail.

Grayson Investment Partners is seeking to develop nearly 480 acres along Ga. 20/Loganville Highway in the vicinity of Champions Way and Hope Hollow Road, according to information from the Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development. The project is in unincorporated Gwinnett between the cities of Grayson and Loganville.

The project would span both sides of Loganville Highway, and plans call for a mix of single-family homes, town homes and villas for seniors, according to information contained in county documents and a Development of Regional Impact filing. The rezoning documents also show plans for office space.

Messages left for an attorney for the developer were not immediately returned.
