Kroger is hiring 2,000 permanent employees across its Atlanta Division, which includes more than 185 stores in Georgia, Eastern Alabama and South Carolina, the company said Wednesday.
Citing continued growth, the grocery chain said it is hiring about 1,580 workers in metro Atlanta for a variety of positions, including front end, deli and store clerks.
The retailer currently employs more than 28,000 in its Atlanta Division.
