The Marriott Courtyard Vinings is being reflagged as a Hotel Indigo, InterContinental Hotels Group said Wednesday.
The 150-room property at 2857 Paces Ferry Road is expected to open under its new banner in the third quarter of 2015.
It will be the fourth Hotel Indigo in the metro area and follows on the heels of the brand’s recent announcement that it plans to convert an office building in downtown Atlanta under the Hotel Indigo flag.
London-based InterContinental Hotels Group, which also operates Staybridge Suites, Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza, has its Americas headquarters in metro Atlanta.
