The One Henry Economic Alliance, in coordination with the Advanced Technology Development Center at Georgia Tech (ATDC), is looking to establish a technology and business incubator to support Henry County entrepreneurs.

The incubator will provide entrepreneurs education, consulting and legal services to help them get their businesses up and running.

Unlike other incubators, One Henry is looking to tackle both technology and business at the same time by teaming up with ATDC.

One Henry plans to kick off the establishment of the incubator with an informational meetin on June 22 in Stockbridge. ATDC will also conduct an 8-week feasibility survey to evaluate the level of interest for the incubator before officially beginning the program.

“It’s a big watershed moment,” said Leonard Moreland, co-chair of One Henry. “It’s a chance to show that Henry County is ready for a technology incubator.”
