Atlanta-based Genuine Parts Company, operator of the NAPA auto parts brand, announced Tuesday it has acquired three companies with annual revenues of around $120 million.
Genuine did not disclose how much it paid for the companies.
Genuine’s Asia Pacific arm bought Covs Parts Pty Ltd, an Australian maker of auto parts and mining, truck and industrial consumable products. Covs Parts is expected to generate annual revenues of around $70 million, Genuine said.
Motion Industries, Genuine’s industrial distribution company, acquired Epperson and Company and Missouri Power Transmission. Epperson, based in Tampa, Fla., specializes in material handling products and services. Missouri Power Transmission, based in St. Louis, distributes power transmission equipment and industrial supplies.
Combined annual revenues for Epperson and Company and Missouri Power Transmission are expected to be about $50 million, Genuine said.
