A former Equifax executive has joined Quantum Spatial, a Wisconsin-based geospatial services company, as chief executive officer.

Rajib Roy had been president of Equifax Identity and Fraud Solutions since February 2012, responsible for all fraud products, services and revenues within the Atlanta-based company, a major credit reporting service. He is also a former president of technology and analytical services at Equifax.

Before joining Equifax, Roy had been executive vice president of sales and customer experience for software maker Optiant, which was acquired by Atlanta-based Logility in 2010.

Quantum Spatial provides advanced imaging and remote sensing technology for geospatial data management. The company’s services are used in assessing habitats and land use planning.

Quantum Spatial is owned by Arlington Capital Group.
