Chattahoochee Technical College will host a job fair noon to 4 p.m. Thursday, April 28, on the college's north metro campus, 5198 Ross Road in Acworth. With the help of Georgia Department of Labor staff, companies will be recruiting employees to work in a variety of jobs at manufacturing facilities.
Employers are recruiting for jobs in air conditioning, commercial truck driving, computer engineering, computer numerical control, diesel equipment, drafting, electrical technology, industrial maintenance, logistics and supply chain management and welding and joining.
Those already registered for the job fair include: Americo Manufacturing Company, Anheuser-Busch, Awnex, Beauflor USA, Caraustar Industries, Crane Nuclear, C21, Deep South Industrial Services, DHL Express, Dynatest North America, Fastenal Company, North Georgia Staffing, Pratt Industries, Schneider, Shaw Industries, Toyo Tires North America, Voestalpine ABP and Xchanger Mechanical.
Applicants are encouraged to bring a resume, work certifications and dress appropriately to improve their opportunities.
