TripAdvisor, the crowd-sourced travel site, polled more than 4,300 of its users and found that Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta was the number one U.S. airport.
Their reasons: it is easy to navigate, there are a wide variety of dining options, and it is close to home or work.
The polling, as suggested by the last question, may have something to do with the number of Atlantans who participated.
Top flyer complaints, according to the poll: uncomfortable seats, costly fees and ticket prices, unpredictable delays, long security lines and loud or crying children.
Biggest improvements: streamlined checkins, easier booking, streamlined boarding and better flight entertainment options.
