Duluth-based Associated Hygienic Products LLC, a leading manufacturer of baby diapers and training pants, has acquired the assets of Arquest, Inc., a diaper and pant manufacturer. AHP  said the deal will expand its customer list and position it to be the largest supplier of Private Label baby diapers in North America. The combined companies' purchasing power also will improve AHP's ability to compete against national brands.
