Atlanta-based Digital Insurance, a provider of software and other resources that help companies manage employee benefits, said it has acquired TurnKey Benefits Inc. of Fort Mill, S.C., another employee benefits company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
TurnKey, which manages health care-related expenditures for clients, will operate as part of Digital Insurance’s Digital Benefit Advisors division, which is its largest unit. Turnkey will also open Digital’s first Charlotte office.
Digital is a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial.
