DeKalb County's Northlake Mall has been sold to a Texas firm.

ATR Corinth Partners bought the mall at Lavista and Briarcliff roads in a deal that closed Jan. 30, company partner Tony Ruggeri said in an interview. ATR Corinth has experiencing bringing new merchants, restaurants and other uses to under-performing and aging malls.

Its redevelopment of a Nashville mall included adding clinics and office space for Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
