ATR Corinth Partners bought the mall at Lavista and Briarcliff roads in a deal that closed Jan. 30, company partner Tony Ruggeri said in an interview. Its redevelopment of a Nashville mall included adding clinics and office space for Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
