Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport said it is monitoring the weather and has de-icing materials ready, but does not anticipate snow at the airport Monday.

In the case of icy conditions, the Atlanta airport has an inventory of 90,000 gallons of runway de-icing fluid, 50 tons of gravel, 150 tons of salt and other de-icing materials.

About 33 flights at Hartsfield-Jackson had been canceled for Monday, mostly to cities in the Northeast amid blizzard conditions there.

Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines also said it did not anticipate freezing precipitation at the airport, but on Saturday offered to waive certain change fees for passengers traveling Monday or Tuesday to, from or through Atlanta and 10 other cities in the Southeast, in case they want to change their travel plans.
