Fresh, Salt-n-Pepa, Yolanda Adams and Ne-Yo. The event, in its second year in Atlanta after a move from Las Vegas, will be from Thursday August 6 through Sunday August 9.

Ne-Yo will host the Friday night "Freedom Friday" party sponsored by State Farm. Harvey's Friday morning show will air live from the Georgia World Congress Center and feature live performances by Robin Thicke, Jazmine Sullivan, K. Michelle and Avery Sunshine. Tyrese Gibson and Usher were added in June to the lineup.

Nephew Tommy's two comedy shows on Thursday night are already sold out.

For Saturday night's show at Philips Arena, Harvey will announce winners for various categories such as best barbershop and best church choir. Nominations are still open for one award category per day on www.NeighborhoodAwards.com until Wednesday May 27. Tickets for the various events can be purchased at ticketmaster.com.
