Phaedra Parks over the weekend pulled her Buckhead mansion off the rental market after putting it up for lease last week. She did so only after I posted a story about it, then claimed the "rumor" was a "lie" on Twitter despite proof on Zillow that it was indeed posted for several days.

Another sharp-eyed blogger noticed her previous property has been for sale for $1,499,999 for more than three weeks on Jett Place in the Chastain Park neighborhood.

Parks, who is reportedly no longer on "Real Housewives of Atlanta," had lived in her French Provincial four-bedroom, six-bath home since 2013, according to Fulton County property records. She purchased it for $845,000.

She bought her Buckhead property last fall for $1.9 million.

The realtor listed on the Jett Place property Wendy Leebem quickly got cold feet after I identified who I was and inquired why the website did not show interior photos. "There are interior shots," she said, then quickly added "I'm not comfortable talking to you" before hanging up abruptly.
