Logan might be Jasmine's baby's daddy, not Kirk.

This was posted on Monday, June 5, 2017 by Rodney Ho/rho@ajc.com on his AJC Radio & TV Talk blog

As the Kirk Frost cheating story stretches on, "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" conjured up a new twist tonight: there might be another father for Jasmine's baby Kannon!

That somebody is a young man named Logan, who shows up at Rasheeda's Phipps Plaza store Pressed to offer up his theory about why he thinks he might be the father and not Kirk.

He said Jasmine got pregnant and claimed to have had an abortion. But then she had this baby and named it the same name as Logan's dad.  He said the only reason why he's coming clean now is because Joseline was blabbing about it on "The Real."

Rasheeda is befuddled and intrigued at the same time. Logan is willing to do a DNA test, something Kirk has resisted up to this point. We'll see Logan confronting Jasmine next week and Kirk finally offering to do a DNA test as well.

A supposed "Ladies' Only" trip:  Most of the key female cast members go to Secrets resort in Jamaica: Melissa Scott, Mimi Faust, Jessica Dime, Karlie Redd and Tammy Rivera. Tommie Lee appears to be a no show.

Then in the waning seconds of the episode, Yung Joc surprises them with Tresure P with him. For him, this is sweet revenge after Karlie Redd showed up earlier in the episode with Ceaser, some dude on the upcoming show "Black Ink Atlanta." (Crossover!) Joc acted all jealous and warned Ceaser that Karlie is trouble, big trouble. Then he left.

This Black Ink Atlanta tattoo guy Ceaser shows up dating Karlie Redd.

Karlie tries to "referee": Karlie for some reason wants Mimi and Melissa to reconcile. She "surprises" Mimi by having Melissa show up out of the blue. Oh, so shady, of course.

While Mimi forgives Karlie for becoming "friends" with Joseline again, she dubbed her "gullible."

But her feelings of betrayal seem to go deep with Melissa.

Mimi felt like Melissa misled her about her relationship with Joseline. Melissa had characterized it to her as purely business when in fact they're friends. That felt disingenuous to Mimi. Melissa honestly said she wanted to reconcile with Mimi, that she had no beef with her. Clearly, the anger is one sided.

And Melissa still feels that Mimi is annoyed that she publicized her former relationship with Ariane. She later apologized for both issues and felt bad that they couldn't be friends.

Mimi wouldn't budge. "I want to fix it," Melissa said.

"Girl, there's nothing to fix," Mimi responded dismissively.

Kandi Burruss alert: "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast mate Kandi made an appearance to hear out Rasheeda about her woes regarding Kirk. It's a little jarring to see her on this show, like two worlds colliding.

Ultimately, Kandi provides her advice to go to Jamaica, which Rasheeda had not planned to do.
