Katt Williams, the controversial stand-up comic, is coming back to headline Philips Arena two years after he had to reschedule a Philips show due to a dangerous staph infection that began with a spider bite.
Williams will be performing Friday, March 16 with tickets going on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster. Ticket prices range from $52 to $125 before fees.
Williams managed to get through 2017 without incident and played a hitchhiker in the comedy film "Father Figures," which came out December 22 and stars Owen Wilson and 1992 Westminster grad Ed Helms.
Only a handful of other stand-up comics have done solo shows at Philips in recent years, including Amy Schumer, Kevin Hart and most recently Jim Gaffigan .
