I just got back from out of town and will keep this recap brief.

The wedding itself is ready to go and even Mama Joyce (however reluctantly) is even willing to give away Kandi Burruss.

But there's that pesky pre-nup.

Being the woman who likes to do stuff ultralast second, Kandi thrusted the pre-nup on fiance Todd Tucker just two days before the big event.

For that, she should be sorry because anything this important, as Todd reasonably said, should have been done weeks earlier.

Kandi figured Todd would just sign it, no questions asked, because he has stated time and time again he doesn't want her money.

But Todd's attorney Randy Kessler (who handled Porsha Stewart's divorce and NeNe Leakes' divorce) didn't think the pre-nup was terribly fair. Todd said he doesn't want any money Kandi made before they met but he feels he may deserve something for sacrificing work he could have taken when she requested he stay with her instead.

He also found the fact he'd be booted out of her house within 30 days of any divorce announcement a bit harsh.

Ultimately, he just wants the attorneys to work things out before they go through with this.

Kandi, who really wants to protect her money, said she isn't sure she wants the wedding to go through if Todd does not sign the pre-nup. This all happens on rehearsal night, adding to extra drama since the clock is ticking.

TRAILER

Mama Joyce feels a little self satisfied by all this pre-nup drama and certainly fans the flames when she can. But as we all know, the wedding does happen so all this stuff will get resolved.
