Rhodes Hall, the castle-like building off Peachtree St., has been rumored to have ghosts such as a little girl in a white dress.

The Syfy "Ghost Hunters" TAPS crew came to Atlanta in July to find out. And in a case of NBC Universal cross promotional "synergy," they brought out three "Real Housewives of Atlanta" to boot.

The episode, which airs Wednesday at 9 p.m., features NeNe Leakes, Kim Zolciak and Sheree Whitfield. The trio took the ghost hunting seriously.

Upfront, Sheree looked cool and collected while "Kim and NeNe looked terrified," observed Grant Wilson in the episode, which I previewed over the weekend.

""They're not cut out for this," Grant later noted, "so it should be fun for us. I'd love to see these girls  react."

Kim did not actually look that terrified to me but showed her patented impatience. "We'll see a ghost and call it a day. I don't want to hang out . I want to see a ghost and go home!"

"I'm here to see what sort of fashions you wore back then," said NeNe, presumably to the ghosts.

Later, after many hours of wandering around hearing suspicious noises and such, NeNe noted,"I'm thinking of spending the night.  It's very interesting." She later added, "I would do it again."

Here's a video teaser.
