A couple of highly anticipated shows are debuting this week: CBS's first foray into superheroes with "Supergirl" Monday and Starz' horror comedy combo "Ash vs. Evil Dead" on Saturday night.
And Fox's oldest scripted show "Bones" is trying to help out struggling "Sleepy Hollow" with a crossover episode on Thursday.
MONDAY
"Fear: Buried Alive" 8 p.m. A&E — A practical experiment of immersion therapy, which is a way for people to conquer their fears of tight spaces.
"Gotham " 8 p.m. Fox — Bridgit Pike takes charge of her future after rejoining her brothers.
"The Voice " 8 p.m. NBC — The knockout rounds begin.
"Supergirl " 8:30 p.m. CBS (new series) — At 24, Kara Zor-El, Superman's cousin, decides to embrace her superhuman abilities.
"How to Dance in Ohio " 9 p.m. HBO — A touching, gentle-hearted look at teenagers on the autistic spectrum preparing for their first formal dance.
"Jane the Virgin " 9 p.m. the CW — Jane and Rafael try to plan Mateo's baptism.
"Scorpion " 9:30 p.m. CBS (90-minute special) — A nefarious virus is uploaded to Walter's computer.
"Blindspot " 10 p.m. NBC — A hazardous app designed to track government vehicles must be taken down.
"Fargo " 10 p.m. FX — The search for Rye escalates.
TUESDAY
"NCIS" 8 p.m. CBS — Is a petty officer's murder the result of a copycat serial killer?
"The Flash" 8 p.m. the CW — Barry and the team look for another Firestorm match for Dr. Stein.
"The Muppets" 8 p.m. ABC — Reese Witherspoon and Miss Piggy go head to head.
" Fresh Off the Boat " 8:30 p.m. ABC — The Huangs go all out for Halloween.
" NCIS: New Orleans " 9 p.m. CBS — A Petty Officer is found dead in the French Quarter of a drug overdose.
"Wicked City " 10 p.m. ABC — Set in 1982, two cops try to find a serial killer on the Sunset Strip.
"Chicago Fire " 10 p.m. NBC — Internal affairs turns up the heat on Boden.
WEDNESDAY
"The Middle " 8 p.m. ABC — Brooke Shields returns as trashy neighbor Rita Glossner.
"The Mysteries of Laura " 8 p.m. NBC — The owner of a local spa is burned to a crisp in his sauna.
"Criminal Minds " 9 p.m. CBS — Bodies are being incorporated into graffiti in Detroit.
"Chicago PD " 9 p.m. NBC — An off-the-books undercover mission goes off the rails.
"Black-ish " 9:31 p.m. ABC — Michael Strahan guests.
"American Horror Story " 10 p.m. FX — John receives an invitation to attend an exclusive Devil's Night Soire.
"Nashville " 10 p.m. ABC — Juliette gets into a fistfight with a fan.
"Code Black " 10 p.m. CBS — Neal clashes with his father.
THURSDAY
"Bones" 8 p.m. Fox — Crossover special with "Sleepy Hollow"! Abbie and Ichabod come to the Jeffersonian.

"Project Runway" 9 p.m. Lifetime — The finalists work on their designs.
"Scandal" 9 p.m. ABC — Fitz and Olivia are presented with a shocking plan that might just make all of their troubles go away.
"Sleepy Hollow" 9 p.m. Fox — Brennan and Booth from "Bones" join Abbie and Ichabod to prove supernatural events are at play when a mysterious death plagues the FBI.
"How To Get Away With Murder" 10 p.m. ABC — Annalise takes on a new client, a transgender professor accused of killing her husband.

"Last Man Standing" 8 p.m. ABC — Mike and Chuck's decision to watch football instead of handing out candy leads to a prank war.
"Truth Be Told" 8:30 p.m. NBC — A neighbor's young girl accidentally walks in on Russell while he is in the shower.
"Dr. Ken" 8:31 p.m. ABC — Ken wants to do a re-proposal to Allison on Halloween.
"Grimm" 9 p.m. NBC (fifth season debut) — Nick grapples with his mom's beheading and Juliette's death.
"America's Next Top Model" 9 p.m. the CW — The network recently announced this will be the 22nd and final cycle.
"Shark Tank" 9 p.m. ABC — A Portland inventor developed a device that can inflate objects in seconds.
"Blue Bloods" 10 p.m. CBS — Jamie is caught on video in what is construed as police brutality.
WEEKEND
"Ash v. Evil Dead" 8 p.m. Saturday Starz (new series) — A horror comedy series set in the "Evil Dead" franchise.
"The Returned" 10 p.m. Saturday Sundance (second season debut) — The original French version, not the A&E Americanized one.
"The Librarians " 8 p.m. Sunday TNT (second season debut) — Something is wrong with the Library since it came back from the Void.
" Breakthrough " 9 p.m. Sunday NGC (new series) — An anthology about leading scientists and how their cutting-edge innovations and advancements will change our lives in the immediate future and beyond.
"The Walking Dead" 9 p.m. Sunday AMC — Will Carl finally get his first kiss?
"The Good Wife" 9 p.m. CBS — Jason employs aggressive investigative tactics when he assists Alicia and Lucca with a student loan case.
"Quantico" 10:01 p.m. Sunday ABC — Trainees practice surveillance on Miranda and her son.
