CLEVELAND -- We would never accuse some 2,500 delegates to the Republican National Convention of voting on a document before they actually read it. Nonetheless, the proposed GOP platform was made public only a few hours before a very quick voice vote on Monday.

So for those who merely skimmed these 66 pages before approving them, we offer this:
