Feb 22, 2016A grinning Newt Gingrich was on 'Fox & Friends' this morning, laying the surging Republican presidential candidacy of Donald Trump at the feet of the morning crew:
"Look, you could say that Trump is the candidate Fox & Friends invented. He was on your show I think more than any other show."
