On Saturday, the Zac Brown Band will be live from New York when they make their “Saturday Night Live” debut.

It’s the beginning of a full-steam year for ZBB, who will release their new album, “Jekyll + Hyde,” on April 28. It’s a fitting title for a band that has never quite fit the confines of slick Nashville, instead choosing to work with artists such as Dave Grohl.

The album will reflect the band’s varying tastes and abilities with guest spots from Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell, a collaboration with Sara Bareilles and a song contribution from Jason Isbell.

The first single from the record, “Homegrown,” is climbing the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart and is currently sitting at No. 7.

ZBB will also hit the road for an extensive tour, including several stadium dates in cities including Washington D.C., Boston and Chicago.

As for their hometown, the band will play two shows at Alpharetta's Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Pak- May 8-9. A pre-sale for fan club members begins March 17 on the band's website and tickets to the general public will be up at 10 a.m. March 20.
