Trisha Yearwood will put down her mic and pick up a pen for a book signing during the opening weekend of Williams-Sonoma in Ponce City Market.

Yearwood, who has hosted the Emmy-winning Food Network series "Trisha's Southern Kitchen" since 2012, will sign copies of "Trisha's Table: My Feel-Good Favorites for a Balanced Life" from 1-3 p.m. Aug. 29.

Yearwood’s latest book spotlights how delicious food and wholesome dishes can be part of the same balanced lifestyle.

Fans who want to meet the country/culinary star can purchase tickets for $32.35, which includes a copy of "Trisha's Table," at www.eventbrite.com .

The Georgia native  visited Atlanta last September with husband Garth Brooks for his unprecedented run of concerts at Philips Arena and joined her hubby onstage for a few songs .
