Run the Jewels will give Lorde an assist on the North American leg of her “Melodrama” tour.

The hip-hop duo of El-P and Atlanta's Killer Mike will join the bill March 1 in Milwaukee and will still be on board for the April 14 date at Infinite Energy Arena in Duluth . The show will also feature Japanese-American singer Mitski in the first opening slot.

Atlanta fans of Run the Jewels will have an earlier opportunity to hear the guys perform at the Atlanta Hawks’ home opener against the Denver Nugget on Oct. 27 at Philips Arena. Tipoff is 7:30 p.m.

The venue, which started its $192.5 million transformation in June, will host its first event on Oct. 20-21 with a pair of Eagles concerts, but Oct. 27 marks the Hawks’ return to their new home floor.

“RTJ is gonna run Philips Arena like a fast break on Oct. 27,” Killer Mike said in a statement. “Be ready, Atlanta!”

The musician/businessman has another connection to the remodeled Philips Arena – his Shave Wash and Groom (SWAG) Shop location will arrive at the venue for the 2018-2019 season.

Tickets for the Atlanta Hawks game featuring Run the Jewels are available for purchase at www.Hawks.com/tickets.
