Music Midtown 2017: Peter Conlon talks about the annual Atlanta music festival

The early-week appearance of Tropical Storm Irma brought a brief halt to the setup of Music Midtown stages at Piedmont Park.

But on Wednesday afternoon, under a pulsing sun, crews were busily continuing with the erection of the four stages that this weekend will welcome more than three dozen bands.

We caught up with Peter Conlon, president of Live Nation Atlanta, which produces Music Midtown, to talk about this year's festival.
