Mary J. Blige is demonstrating her "Strength of a Woman" with a summer tour that kicks off in late July in Chicago.
The R&B powerhouse, who released her "Strength of a Woman" album in April, will perform at Wolf Creek Amphitheater at 8 p.m. Aug. 8 with special guest LeToya Luckett.
Tickets for the show are $56 (lawn) and $96-$126 (reserved) and will go on sale at 10 a.m. May 19 via www.ticketmaster.com and by calling 1-800-745-3000.
A pre-sale for fan club and Pandora Premium members will begin at 10 a.m. May 17. Also, that date, starting at noon, is a pre-sale for Citi cardmembers (visit www.citiprivatepass.com for details).
