Luke Bryan will entertain the football fans fighting off the tryptophan effects when he performs at halftime during the Thanksgiving Day Cowboys/Panthers game.

The Leesburg native posted on Twitter that he’s excited to perform at the game, but also issued a call for fans to support the Salvation Army.

Bryan’s halftime show will launch the organization’s annual Red Kettle campaign.

The tilt between the NFC rivals takes place at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 26 on CBS.

Bryan is also up for a pair of CMA Awards, which air live from Nashville at 8 p.m. Nov. 4 on ABC.
