Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit heading to SunTrust Park for Braves postgame concert

Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit will perform at SunTrust Park following the May 28 Atlanta Braves game.

Isbell, a noted Braves fan , will play the postgame show following the team's 1:35 p.m. game against the New York Mets.

The concert is included with a game ticket (on sale at www.braves.com/tickets) and a limited number of $20 field passes are available at www.braves.com/jasonisbell.

Isbell recently nabbed a pair of Grammy Awards for "The Nashville Sound" (best Americana album) and "If We Were Vampires" (best American roots song).

He and The 400 Unit played a pair of Fox Theatre concerts in February, during which Isbell frequently mentioned his performance history in Atlanta.
