[Congrats to randomly selected winner Rita B.!]

BY MELISSA RUGGIERI/AJC Music Scene

Alan Cumming is one of those performers whose multiple talents are extraordinary.

He's a tremendous actor (and has a Tony Award and an Olivier to prove it), a warm and witty author and an engaging singer.

On Friday, he brings his "Alan Cumming Sings Sappy Songs" show to Atlanta Symphony Hall and if you want to see his talents in action, I have a pair of tickets to give away.

To enter, send me an email at mruggieri@ajc.com by 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, with the answer to the following question:

In my recent interview with Cumming, he said his brother used to sing a certain song that always made him cry. What was that song? (You can find the answer here.)

I will randomly select a winner with the correct answer and contact that person directly (I will also post the winning name at the top of this blog entry).

To enter: Please make sure to put "Alan Cumming tickets" in the subject line or I won't see your email. You will receive my Out of Office response, but be assured that I have received your entry. Please, only one entry per email address and please don't submit if you aren't able to attend the show.

If you'd like to purchase tickets to Cumming's performance, tickets are $39.50-$125.50 and can be purchased here .

While this isn't a requirement, I would really appreciate a follow on Twitter or Facebook .

Good luck!
