[Congrats to randomly selected Day 2 winner Mary T.! Check the blog every day this week for more giveaways.]

Through May 20, Live Nation is holding its Kickoff to Summer event with a $20 ticket offer to select shows.

Tickets to the concerts – primarily at area amphitheaters -- can be purchased at www.livenation.com/kickoff.

But to get you in the concert-going frame of mind, I'm giving away a pair of tickets to select shows every day this week. You are entering to win tickets to one of them. I'll list the day's selections by noon and you will have until noon the following day to enter.

To do so: Send me an email at mruggieri@ajc.com.

A few basic rules: Please do not enter if you cannot attend the show. Only one entry per email address. Make sure to include the name of the show you want to attend. And if you put anything other than “Live Nation tickets Day 2” on Tuesday (or “…Day 3” on Wednesday, "...Day 4 on Thursday" – get it?) in the subject line, I won’t see your email and you will have zero chance of winning.

For Day 2 of the giveaway, we'll take a ride down a country road.

Your Day 2 choices for ONE pair of tickets are:

Kenny Rogers (reserved seats) – 8 p.m. June 19, Chastain Park Amphitheatre.

Brad Paisley with Tyler Farr and Maddie & Tae (reserved seats) – 7:30 p.m. Aug. 11, Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre.

Brantley Gilbert with Justin Moore and Colt Ford (lawn seats) – 7 p.m. Aug. 26, Lakewood Amphitheatre.

Darius Rucker with Dan + Shay and Michael Ray (reserved seats) – 7:30 p.m. Sept. 11, Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre.

I will randomly select the winner and post the name at the top of the corresponding day’s blog post. Good luck! And make sure to come back to the blog every day this week for another round of shows to check out.

Also, while it isn't required, I would appreciate it if you would follow the AJC Music Scene on Facebook and Twitter.
